I'm not sure that makes sense. Chainlink is an open sourced project, much like Linux. A linux machine can do illegal things much the same way a linux machine could. It sounds like your saying all of open source isn't censorship resistant.

Now yes, if a state says gambling is illegal and you were to build with Chainlink, maybe the state would approach the nodes providing the random numbers or the sites hosting the game, but saying "Chainlink will comply" is much like saying "python will comply" or "Tor will comply". And we've seen open source projects, like Tor, just keep doing what they are doing in the face of governments.
